This Agreement governs your use of vlp777.org and all services provided by vlp777. Please read carefully before registering or using the platform. By accessing vlp777, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out below.

By accessing the vlp777 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any Game offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If we discover or reasonably suspect that an underage person has accessed the Platform or holds an Account, we will immediately terminate that Account.
To open and maintain an Account with vlp777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
vlp777 reserves the right to request evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
To access real-money Games on vlp777, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
You are strictly prohibited from providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point during registration or thereafter. vlp777 is entitled to terminate any Account where the registration information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent, and to forfeit any associated balance.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the vlp777 Platform at any given time. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are identified, vlp777 will close all associated Accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and may forfeit balances held across the duplicated Accounts.
Before processing any withdrawal, vlp777 requires all Players to complete KYC verification. This process requires you to submit a clear photograph or scan of at least one valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilHealth card, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport) that confirms your name, photograph, and date of birth.
vlp777 may additionally request proof of payment method ownership, proof of residential address, or a selfie photograph for identity confirmation. Processing of KYC submissions is typically completed within one business day. vlp777 may request further documentation at any time where AML obligations or fraud indicators warrant additional checks.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vlp777 Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
vlp777 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account — including any deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified vlp777 in writing that your credentials have been compromised.
You must notify vlp777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. vlp777 may, at its sole discretion, temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any security incident.
vlp777 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT via TRC20. Available payment methods are subject to change at vlp777's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a specific promotion or payment method specifies otherwise. Deposits are credited to your Account wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). vlp777 does not charge a deposit fee for GCash and Maya transactions; standard bank fees may apply for bank transfer methods.
All deposited funds must be used for gambling on the vlp777 Platform. vlp777 is not a payment institution or money service business. Funds deposited into your Account do not bear interest and are not protected by any deposit insurance scheme.
vlp777 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or AML concerns are present, and to report such activity to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
Withdrawals of real-money funds (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) may be requested by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically available.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash withdrawals typically process within 5–30 minutes, subject to GCash network availability. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. vlp777 does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
vlp777 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, identity checks, AML reviews, or investigation of potential fraud. During any such review, the relevant funds will be placed on hold and will not be accessible to the Player until the review is concluded.
vlp777 may offer promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to registered Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the vlp777 Promotions page at the time the offer is available. By accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to this Agreement.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to your vlp777 Account are subject to a wagering requirement of no less than 20 times (20×) the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Different game categories may contribute differently toward the wagering requirement — full details are stated in each promotion's terms.
vlp777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
All Games offered on the vlp777 Platform are governed by the rules of the individual game as published within the game interface or associated help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before wagering real funds.
RNG (Random Number Generator) Games operated by vlp777's game providers are tested and certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are operated under the supervision of licensed live casino studios and are subject to the rules and dealing procedures of those studios.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or disconnection during gameplay, vlp777 will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore game state. Where restoration is not possible, vlp777 may, at its sole discretion, void the affected round and return the applicable wager to the Player's Account. This resolution is final.
Winnings resulting from game malfunctions, miscalculations, software errors, or any technical fault are considered void and will not be honoured by vlp777. vlp777's decision in all such matters is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vlp777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, voiding of all pending wagers and withdrawals, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:
All content on the vlp777 Platform — including but not limited to the vlp777 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, game interface elements, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of vlp777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without vlp777's prior written consent.

vlp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for cause, vlp777 may forfeit any Bonus Funds, pending promotional credits, and loyalty points. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method after any applicable AML holds are cleared, unless the funds themselves are subject to a fraud or legal investigation.
Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered GCash or bank account following full KYC clearance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vlp777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gambling winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.
vlp777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vlp777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect Platform availability at any time. vlp777 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
Nothing in this clause shall limit vlp777's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
vlp777 processes your personal data in accordance with the vlp777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account with vlp777, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
vlp777 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, marketing (where consent has been given), and compliance with applicable Philippine legal obligations including PAGCOR requirements and AML/CTF laws.
Your data will not be sold to third parties. vlp777 may share your data with game providers, payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and relevant regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling operations.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and vlp777 arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through vlp777's customer support process at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the support process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory body with jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from making a complaint to PAGCOR or another competent Philippine regulatory authority where that Player believes their rights under PAGCOR-regulated gambling rules have been infringed.
vlp777 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date published on the Platform. Where changes are material, vlp777 will endeavour to notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or email address with reasonable advance notice.
Your continued use of the vlp777 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendments.
